Gesamtkosten

Die Gesamtkosten des Weiterbildungsangebots belaufen sich auf 4.500,00 Euro (3 Semester à 1.500,00 Euro).
Tuition fee: EUR 4,500 (EUR 1,500 per semester) plus student semester contribution. For students of the Management School of the University of Kassel (UNIKIMS), the semester fee is approximately 140.00 euros. For you, the amounts for the semester ticket, the bicycle rental system and the culture ticket are not applicable.

The degree course is primarily aimed at those who wish to work in the field of education management or those who are already working there. The lecture period listed above refers to the course time. Semester period: Start of semester on 01 April / end of semester on 30 September. Introductory courses are generally held on the Thursday and Friday of the week before the courses start and on the Monday of the first week of courses. Regular courses start on the Tuesday. Zugang und Zulassung

Eine Zulassung ist ausschließlich mit erstem berufsqualifizierendem Hochschulabschluss und praktischer Erfahrung möglich.

Bei mehreren ersten Hochschulabschlüssen reicht es in der Regel einen der genannten Hochschulabschlüsse vorweisen zu können.

2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Private or public educational institution
First professional academic degree worth 240 credits, but at least 210 credits (missing credits can be acquired subsequently) and proof of at least one year of relevant, full-time work in private or public educational institutions; conditions may be imposed.

Zu erwerbende Kompetenzen

Wer in der Schule eine Führungsposition einnimmt, braucht die Fähigkeit kooperativ zu führen, intern und extern Kooperationen einzugehen und zu fördern, aber auch Kenntnisse in klassischen Managementaufgaben und Budgetierungsfragen. Eine Besonderheit an Schulen ist es für Personen in Leitungsfunktionen, der Doppelrolle des Kollegen und Vorgesetzten gerecht zu werden.
